We begin by conceptualising and designing the property by engaging architects, engineers, and other professionals to create detailed plans and blueprints. All factors, such as functionality, aesthetics, environmental impact, and the occupier’s occupational requirements are considered during this phase.
Once the design phase is complete, we focus on securing the necessary funds for construction. This can involve a variety of financing options, including loans from banks, partnerships with investors and utilising internal capital.
We work closely with our long term partners to execute the building plans. Our trusted project managers oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Regular inspections and quality control measures are implemented to maintain construction standards.
Once the property is built, we shift our focus to managing and maintaining it. Property management involves tasks such as tenant acquisition and retention, rent collection, property maintenance, repairs, and resolving tenant issues.
Gentian secured this local centre opportunity opposite Fontwell Park Racecourse on the outskirts of Arundel in September 2024.
The store sits at the entrance to Fontwell Meadows, a new 400 house development being constructed by Dandara.
In August 2019 Gentian purchased this development site for a convenience retail store on one of Thornbury's main arterial roads.
