Gentian acquired this substantial high street property in March 2021.
The site consists of three well-configured retail units totalling 21,000sqft. Two of the units front onto the High Street, whilst the third fronts onto Colebrook Street.
What we did
Rick Stein occupies the ground floor of No 8 and we have recently let the ground floor of No 7 High Street and 50 Colebrook Street to Danish retailer Sostrene Grene who are set to open their store on 8 August.
