In 2015 Gentian were granted a 15-year headlease, directly from the Health Board, for the three retail units within the new main entrance concourse at Morriston Hospital.
What we did
Gentian pays the Health Board an annual rent for the accommodation and assist with the upkeep and maintenance of the concourse via a service charge.
Two of the retails units, plus space for a coffee pod, have been underlet to Compass who trade as Costa Coffee and Subway. The remaining unit is underlet to WHSmith.
Gentian’s in-house estates team manages the retailers occupation including collecting the rents and service charges.
