Kings Worthy Court and House
Gentian acquired Kings Worthy Court and House with two of its long-standing partners Shorewood Homes and SM:5 Developments. The 3.2-acre site in the village of Kings Worthy comprises a 1970s single storey office block with car park and a Grade II listed three storey detached property.

What we did
A planning application has been submitted by Shorewood Homes to redevelop Kings Worthy Court, the vacant 1970s office building and its associated car park, replacing it with a carefully designed collection of 14 new homes. This planning application is now under consideration by Winchester City Council and subject to approval, construction of the new homes could commence later this year.
SM:5 Developments and Gentian have been carrying out essential repair works to the Grade II listed building, Kings Worthy House. This property, most recently used as offices is now being marketed for a range of commercial uses (class E) via commercial property agents Goadsby and Vail Williams.
