Gentian, together with Sunnyday Capital, acquired this prime retail and residential site in the centre of Godalming.

Planning consent and Listed Building consent was obtained in February 2022 to create an exciting and innovative scheme which will provide nine residential apartments and houses together with two re-configured retail units. Work has commenced in 2024 and the retail units will be available to let in spring 2025.
