Gentian House, Winchester
When Gentian acquired this 0.8 acre site in the popular Winnall Industrial Estate it consisted of a three storey office building and two industrial / warehouse units with substantial parking.
What we did
The site now consists of three buildings. A brand new commercial building at the front of the site divided into two Class E units. These units have been designed to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact and have the highest energy efficiency rating of EPC A+ indicating that they generate more energy than they consume and have minimal carbon emissions. One unit has been let to specialist car detailing service Konings Detailing.
The middle building is let to the University of Winchester and the building at the rear of the site is occupied by bespoke gifting company Sophia Victoria Joy.
