The University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust has taken a new sub-underlease on Unit 5 in the Kings Treatment Centre for a term expiring in 2043.
The unit will be the new location of the outpatients pharmacy, moving from the main entrance concourse, following the surrender of the lease by the previous tenant.
Gentian has the underlease of six retail units at Royal Derby with trading from four of the units as M&S Simply Food, Costa Coffee and two Coffee House branded outlets.
