Over the last nine months we have been working on a successful project with our development partners Dandara to build a 3,674sqft (GIA) convenience store with 14 car parking spaces opposite Fontwell Park Racecourse on the outskirts of Arundel.
The convenience store was let to Southern Co-operative Ltd for 20 years from completion in June of this year and the investment was subsequently sold to a private investor.
The shop fit out is now underway with the store due to open in August.
