We are pleased to announce that we have sold our roadside retail scheme at Brize Norton, Carterton. A fantastic asset with secure long term income from Greggs, Mid Counties Co-op and Instavolt.
We purchased this mixed use site at the end of 2020. The site comprises a convenience store for Mid Counties Co-op which opened in March. A drive-thru for Greggs which is under construction and on track to be handed over this summer and six EV charging spaces for Instavolt.
The site was marketed by Duncan MacLaren (MacLaren & Partners) and Adam Bullas (Savills), it was sold to a private investor client of Warwick Martel.
